At Fragman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fragman account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
